This record includes the following:
- The party requesting the file
- The date and time of the query
- The amount of data transferred
- The access status (file transfered, file not found, .etc)
- A description of the type of browser used
When the protected service area is entered, after submitting a username and password, the time of access is stored along with a time record of incorrect password entries. This data is stored to safeguard against unwanted requests and to take countermeasures if necessary. Access is only via a secure connection. The transmission of the password is encrypted.

The data entered by website visitors signing up for our newsletter are used solely for the newsletter service. The user will be informed by email of any information relevant to the service (e.g., changes in the newsletter, technical conditions).

If a website user contacts Global Access via e-mail or a contact form on the website, the information submitted along with any follow-up questions are stored.
Comments
If a user leaves a comment on the blog, the data entered via the input mask are stored. This safeguards Global Access from prosecution due to any illegal content on its website.
